In 2013, Australian photographer Daniel King visited Kyiv, capturing the daily lives of Ukrainian teenagers on the eve of the Revolution of Dignity. Daniel’s travels became the foundation of his photo book „Ukraine Youth: Between Days“. Ten years later, Daniel and a long-time friend, none other than Ed Templeton, released a charity T-shirt drop to support Ukrainians during the full-scale invasion, and donated all profits to the Voices of Children Foundation. Following Daniel’s tragic passing in 2024, a collective of Ukrainian creatives came together to honour his legacy with a video essay and a limited run of boards through their local brand Simple Skateboards, and once again, all profits will go to the Voices of Children Foundation.
