After a nine year hiatus, Volcom brought back their legendary Wild in the Parks contest series, with eleven stops all over Europe – including Cologne’s North Brigade. Back in June, we had already gotten the chance to enjoy an amazing day (and quite an after party) at their stop in Bayonne, France. Hence, expectations were high for last Saturday, but as you’ll see in the photo recap down below (and on instagram, of course), Cologne did not disappoint. Here’s to no more hiatus!

As for them hard facts of the day: Kaj Sajewski, Hannes Krüger, and Piet Zipperle took 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the 14/under division. Berit Hohbach, Lucy Reck, and Munira Ouedraogo won the FLINTA division, while Josh Junkes, Lucas Moreira, and Leonel Döberlein reached the podium in the men 15/above division. They all, and some more, got the chance now to go to the European finals at Breda’s Pier 15 skatepark in late October. Good luck out there!
