After last year’s „Cold Theory“ and appearances in various videos from Belgium’s capital city – most notably his ender part in Pierre Alexandre’s „Fine, go skate with your stupid friends“ – Brussel’s up and coming local hero, César Bijnens, comes through with yet another part – a sequel to the one filmed entirely in winter. Man’s productive!
